As you look forward to the Dessert Derby, you can start making your plans on what you would like to bid on this year in the live auction.  Here are the first 4 of the 12 exciting live auction items up for bid:

 

1. Mackinac County Vacation

Enjoy a full week in the Eastern Upper Peninsula, relaxing in your own personal cottage on beautiful

Brevort Lake. The cottage is located just 15 minutes west of the bustling St. Ignace, MI. The Upper

Peninsula is uniquely position at the juncture of 3 of the 5 Great Lakes and St. Ignace is at the hub.

The cottage sleeps six people and is also furnished with four kayaks, a row boat, & paddle boat. This

is beautiful country with lush forests and pristine waters. Boat, fish, hike, shop, you name it! Enjoy

breakfast for 2 at Hillside House Restaurant then ride Shepler’s Ferry over to Mackinac Island – 2 ferry

passes are included. This package is available starting August 10, 2013 thru September 29, 2013.

2. Olympic Sailing Lesson

Have an interest in sailing? Dr. Chu’s Olympic sailing lesson is a great first step! Spend your morning

with this three hour sailing session on beautiful Lake Michigan with Dr. Gary Chu, Olympic training coach. Learn the basics of sailing, hoisting, trimming, easing of the sails and boat

safety. Your intro to sailing will be a hands-on experience you’ll never forget!

3. Lake Arrowhead Retreat

Pack up the car; it is time to get away. Retreat to the Lake Arrowhead area for a 3 night stay at Rob

& Andrea Felle’s getaway home. The home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 10. The community’s main

clubhouse is within one mile of the house, and you’ll have access to two separate pools, two tennis

court areas, and three private beaches. Interested in hitting the green? We’ve included 1 round (4-

some) with cart at Trapper’s Turn, and 1 round (4-some) with cart at one of two Lake Arrowhead golf

courses.

4. Green Bay Packer Game & Tailgate

Are you ready for some football? Start the season off right with 4 tickets to a preseason game in

Green Bay. Invite your friends and tailgate before the game. We’ve added all the fixin’s for pre-game

tailgating with a Smokey Joe grill, two Packer shirts, two Packer hats and a stadium blanket. You’ve

got $25 to spend at Danny’s meats, and a bottle of Tastefully Simple BBQ sauce to season it up. We’ve

even thrown in a signed Packer Football to toss around while you’re waiting for the grill to heat up.
