Thank You!
Sunday, April 14, 2013 From our vantage point the Dessert Derby was a huge success! We sold out every last ticket, we welcomed 240+ guests, over 100 students served others along with 30+ parent and adult volunteers, 15 chefs made unbelievable desserts, over 80 silent auction items were sold along with 13 live auction items and one God was glorified. The numbers only begin to tell the story of the night. A few comments we have heard several times already were:
"Best Dessert Derby ever!"
"I loved the ambiance."
"The students looked great and worked so hard!"
"Everything was well thought-out and organized."
We have so many people to thank who made the night a wonderful evening. We appreciate so much the efforts of all the adult leaders, the students, the chefs, the kitchen staff, the package team and all the Dessert Derby team. Finally, we want to say "Thank You" to everyone who attended the event and gave so generously to support the youth and the ministry of EUM. The total funds raised is not official as of yet, but it looks to be amount that will enable lots of students to attend the events throughout the coming year at half the normal cost. Thank you, again, so much for your support and generous donations!

As a guest and a worker, I thought this was an amazing event and thrilled to be a part of it! My hats off to Devin,Katie, Amy, all of the adults and all the kids who did a stellar job!!
